According to the Tasnim news agency's health group; In order to expand joint cooperation and better implement the existing laws and regulations of the two agencies in order to further coordinate in the field of health tourism, given the priority and importance of the issue, this agreement between Dr. Saeed Namaki, Minister of Health and Dr. Ali Asghar Monsan, Vice President And the head of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization was signed. The subject of this agreement includes the coordination and specialized division of labor between the two bodies in order to plan and formulate general health tourism policies and include 6 clauses, and its validity is 5 years from the time of signing and can be automatically extended. In the agreement, the Ministry of Health issued 12 commitments, including issuing licenses to companies that facilitate medical diagnostic services to health tourists, issuing licenses to health tourists to eligible hospitals and awarding IPDs, setting tariffs on medical services to health tourists and overseeing its strict implementation. And it has immediate planning and action to eliminate illegal intermediaries and prevent them from being created by medical centers. Also, the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization has 10 commitments, including issuing licenses to operate in the field of health tourism for qualified travel and tourism service offices (paragraph B) or new applicants based on the organization's rules, monitoring the rate of tourism services to health tourists. Support for health tourism licensed offices for marketing and advertising based on tourism and medical capabilities in international markets, especially target markets, as well as immediate planning and action to prevent the activities of illegal translators and specialized training of health tourism tourism guides .
